The Process

Tackle a real evaluation task: code, design, or copy.
Top performers join the core team and start building.
Candidates must complete and submit their assigned tasks before the current onboarding cycle closes. Reviews begin immediately after the cycle ends.
After the cycle closes, candidates are granted a 7-day grace period to finalise outstanding submissions, respond to reviewer feedback, and provide any missing deliverables. Submissions made after the grace period will not be considered for the current onboarding round and will roll into the next review window.

The BuildForge challenge system is designed to identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable contributors through practical task completion and real-world execution.
Participation in the challenge does not automatically guarantee onboarding into the BuildForge Core Team.
